"Viewing problems as challenges." Sounds good, doesn't it? But how does one acquire that mindset while learning other new systems, working the desk, meeting the needs of others, and trying to manage one's own workload? To be determined.
We've taken to using the "Viewing problems as challenges" as our catchphrase for the year. I'll admit, sometimes it is annoying when you are in the middle of trying to fix something and someone else says, "Remember, see this as an opportunity to learn."
